Rise Afghanistan 2026رایز افغانستان ۲۰۲۶
How can we build progress inside Afghanistan, starting from what we have today?
A practical, non-political conversation about Afghanistan's internal potential — its people, ideas, talent and resources — and what can be built with them.
We believe progress can begin where we are.
Afghanistan Outreach
Building opportunity, leadership and progress from within Afghanistan — one part of Relief For All Foundation's international outreach, delivered from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Rise Afghanistan 2026
A community and youth-focused program bringing together young people, professionals and community members around one question: what can we build from here, starting today.

Progress can begin where we are
Rise Afghanistan 2026 is the flagship program of our Afghanistan Outreach. It is humanitarian, educational and community-focused, and it starts from a simple premise: Afghanistan's future will be built largely by the people who are already there.
Rather than treating departure as the only path forward, the program looks at what already exists — students, teachers, small businesses, professionals, technology, community networks — and asks how those can be used to create opportunity locally.
Relief For All Foundation is a Canadian nonprofit based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Afghanistan is one of the communities our outreach reaches, not the whole of our work.
The questions we explore
- How can we start building from inside Afghanistan?
- What opportunities already exist today?
- How can young Afghans contribute?
- How can education, entrepreneurship, technology and leadership create progress?
- What can we build with the resources and knowledge we already have?
- How can we create opportunities instead of only searching for them elsewhere?

A message for young people
Many young people do not have access to the same opportunities as others. That is real — and it is not a reason to stop.
Opportunity does not always begin with having resources. Often it begins with the courage to take the first step: learning one skill, meeting one mentor, joining one workshop, helping one person.
What we will not claim
- We do not promise employment or guaranteed outcomes.
- We do not claim government partnerships or endorsements.
- We do not publish guest names, sponsors or figures before they are confirmed.
- One program does not transform a life — but it can open a door.
Where progress can start
Afghanistan has challenges — and it also has people, ideas, talent, resources and potential. These are the areas Rise Afghanistan 2026 explores.
Youth & Leadership
Helping young Afghans build confidence, responsibility and the capability to lead where they are.
Education & Skills
Learning, practical skills and readiness for work — the foundation everything else is built on.
Entrepreneurship & Opportunity
Encouraging people to create opportunity locally, not only to search for it elsewhere.
Technology & Innovation
Using the tools, knowledge and connectivity already available to solve real local problems.
Community Development
Initiatives that strengthen neighbourhoods, families and local participation.
Future Initiatives
New programs, partnerships and gatherings, published here once they are confirmed.
Lead today, build tomorrow
Rise Afghanistan 2026 is a leadership and development initiative, not a political campaign. It carries no political message, no political affiliation, and no connection to any government, party or movement.
The program does not suggest that leaving is the answer. It asks a more useful question: what can be built here, with the people, skills and knowledge already present.

Outreach in pictures
The kind of work this program is built around: community gatherings, leadership sessions, mentorship and skills development. Photographs from the October 9, 2026 program will be published here afterwards.
