Academic foundation in law and governance
Niamatullah Qeyami is a Law and Political Science graduate specializing in Judicial and Prosecutorial Studies. His academic background equipped him with a strong understanding of legal frameworks, governance, and the institutions that uphold justice — a foundation that has guided his professional path across administration, communications, and case management.
Peace-building and community service
From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Qeyami volunteered with the Payam-Avaran Peace Association, supporting peace-building and community activities. This early commitment to service deepened his understanding of grassroots engagement and the role communities play in shaping a more stable and cohesive society.
NATO project experience across 34 provinces
From 2015 to 2020, he worked as an Administrator and Radio Operator on NATO-related projects across all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. In this demanding role he developed strong skills in communication, coordination, and teamwork, operating effectively in challenging environments and coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders nationwide.
Case management and client coordination
Since 2020, Mr. Qeyami has worked in domestic and international ticketing and casework, assisting clients with bookings, follow-up, and coordination. This experience sharpened his attention to detail, his ability to manage complex workflows, and his dedication to delivering reliable support to the people he serves.

As an Executive Event Member, Mr. Qeyami brings his responsible, community-oriented approach and his expertise in administration, communications, and case management to the Foundation's programs — strengthening coordination, supporting operations, and helping translate the Foundation's mission into tangible impact for communities across its areas of work.
